It looks like the EA Help team recently sent you an email reply a few days ago. Did you see that most recent message? 

If so, please follow up with them and provide the information they requested so they can continue their investigation.

I have done all of it

@EA_Kent  they have closed my case and sent some things that i should do as i have done but it did not help also i sent them everything they asked for

@kosirus25 I'm sorry to hear but you probably shouldn't expect ea will help you I have tried to contact them and they just shut it down I have tried everything they have said I should and sent them everything they asked for
