Can’t connect to multiplayer

Whenever I try to play multiplayer I got a notification saying, “GAME DISCONNECTED, You have lost connection to the session.” It’s been like this for a long time now. I’ve tried restarting my game, console, (I’m on Xbox one), and un-installing and re-installing the game. Nothing has helped.

  • Servers have been wacky for the last few days - the team is aware of the situation and is looking into a fix, hold tight mate and keep your eyes peeled to official sources 👍

  • It's been months Looks like a DDoS attack on the connection servers.

Why is it that EA will censor the phrase FIX BF5 in game but they wont do anything to actually FIX the game. Why wont EA enforce its on Terms of Service Rule 6 and start banning cheaters in game, stop making the players responsible for reporting hackers if you are not going to do anything about it and FIX BF5 by instituting an active ANTI-CHEAT that works.

I WANT A REFUND SINCE YOU HAVE FAILED TO ENFORCE YOUR RULES OF CONDUCT!

  • @EA_Darko The problem is I report them, others report them and they are still on the servers 3 months later and still hacking with tons of reports on them.

Why am I the one responsible for catching the cheaters?

Why isn't more done to stop them besides just telling us to report while EA does nothing?

EA has a duty under the Terms of Service to provide a cheat free game, why doesn't EA work on fixing that instead of making me the one responsible for catching the cheats, especially when EA is the ones with the tools to stop them, NOT us the users.
