Summarize your bug I download the update for Xbox and then i load the game. I then install the update in the BF5 menu, then throws me back to main menu. I then click A to play as me and says can't connect to EA. It then says connecting.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

What happens when the bug occurs? it stays in the connecting menu
What should be happening instead? Connecting to EA so i can play the game i payed for

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Install both new updates and try connecting to EA while not being on dedicated landlimes that go straight to the servers

What should be happening instead? Connect to EA to play
I talked back and forth between EA and Microsoft. None of the solutions were helping, a friend told me to change my DNS servers and that seemed to work. But there is an issue with the company coins not receiving at the end of matches( as you have probably seen in the forums).
