Cannot Connect to Lobby

I'm having an issue on XBX where it says I'm gonna launch a game connects then boots me back to the main menu where I'm greeted with a countdown to matching :30 clock and when it hits 0 nothing happens. I have reset reinstalled and nothing has worked haven't even been in a lobby yet and haven't seen anyone else with this issue. Please someone help!
