Cannot not connect to BF5 servers HELP!!!

I'm using XBOX one for my battlefield 5. I cannot connect to the servers I've been through the whole trouble shooting process on EA's website and i have done the following i checked my NAT type its open, I've checked my network speed of 72 Mbps on a 5-GHz wireless connection checked my ports required for this game they are set accordingly I've hard reset my router and modem and x-box twice no change i Was able to connect once using my 2.4-GHZ network but it was very lagy and full of glitch. (I've been using this same network and router combo since battlefield 1 came out and have not had a single issue) I'm getting very frustrated as i cannot play  a  79$ game i just purchased who has some ideas or is you need any more information please feel free to comment thanks in advance !

  • This is how I fixed this. Go to managed add-ons an clear all saved data.

Update: 12/21/18 connection issues again. and the fix above didn't work. I still can't connect to BFV. Looking for a solution.

I had connections issues on BF1 with my XBoneX and doing a hard reset by holding the power button until the console turned off and then restarting the console typically solved the issue for me.  If you haven't tried this I recommend to give it a shot.
