Cant access online bf5

I'm not able to play online with my account I've tried power cycling uninstalled the game cleared my saved data and I still am having problems

    Hey, @SparklyNative sorry to hear you are experiencing online connectivity issues!

    Account wise - At what stage do you refer to online, Origin Online/offline or when you get into Battlefield?

    What errors/notifications do you recieve?

    Things to check:

    • Have you checked your network setup? 
    • Can you connect to other online games/Internet etc?

    If it is just Battlefield which is affected, and all other possible issues have been checked - I would contact EA Support directly to check your account status with them.
