Cant buy new guns and gadgets

I have tried to purchase the guns and gadgets from the newest updates but everytime I purchased them it doesnt register. I would purchase a gun for 1,800 credits and I have 24,000 and yet the credits arent spent and the gun isnt unlocked. I have tried reinstalling the game but it doesn't help.

    Hey @mwc2k5 Which guns and gadgets are you trying to buy exactly? Can you give some examples?

    The reason I ask is because some you don't need to buy, so if you can give examples then we can double check.

    • M1941 Johnson
    • Welgun
    • Chauchat
    • Sjogren shotgun 
    • M3 Infrared
    • K31/43

    Grenades

    • Demolition grenade 
    • Type 99 Mine
    • Firecrackers

    Gadgets

    • Pistol flamethrower
    • Shaped Charge
    • Kampfpistole
    • RMN50 Rifle Frag
    • Doppel Schuss
    • Fliegerfaust

    I try buying them to unlock them but for some reason the purchase doesnt register and they remain locked.

    @ElliotLH Never mind it seems as though I had to later go into my shipments and claim them. In the past that wasnt the procedure to get them.
