Cant chance dog tag
From what im hearing this has been persistant since 2022 if not even earlier i keep pressin equip on multiple diffrent tags and it still only shows the checked mark on the diffault blank tag

This is a problem that has been around for a long time, as you mentioned, and at this point in the game's life, it may not be, unfortunately. Regrettably this means that it's not possible to change dog tags, I'm afraid.
