I purchase BF5 and BF4 a day ago, and I'm having an issue with connecting to the online servers, it saysGAME DISCONNECTEDConnection to EA Online timed out. Your network bandwidth and/or network latency may not meet the requirements for this game.(this one is on BF5)on BF4 it saysFailed to join session.and I haven't checked the BF1 (that i bought with two of them in a pack)Please help me, I'm trying to play the game with my brother but I cant, we both have a good pc and good network, and we don't have those kind of issues in any other game.i added a picture of the BF5 error.

Opening the necessary ports can also help.
https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/opening-tcp-or-udp-ports-for-connection-issues/
Also check whether all hooks for BF are present in the firewall.

@EyalK18 When you have released the ports, change your DNS to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4. Then restart your router and PC.
