I purchase BF5 and BF4 a day ago, and I'm having an issue with connecting to the online servers, it saysGAME DISCONNECTEDConnection to EA Online timed out. Your network bandwidth and/or network latency may not meet the requirements for this game.(this one is on BF5)on BF4 it saysFailed to join session.and I haven't checked the BF1 (that i bought with two of them in a pack)Please help me, I'm trying to play the game with my brother but I cant, we both have a good pc and good network, and we don't have those kind of issues in any other game.i added a picture of the BF5 error.

@x--Fusi--xi did open a port, nothing changed... and about the firewall, ill try it now.

Something from the router is blocking the connection. Are you both connected to the same router, and via lan or wifi?

Yes, we are connected to the same router and we use lan internet

@EyalK18 It is possible that both computers have the same ip, give your 2 computers two different static ip.

You can also briefly turn off the router firewall to test, but please turn it on again after the test.

I have a problem, my default gateway looks weird: it looks like that fe80::f44b:2aff:feb2::96dc%4
i couldn't find any fix for it... maybe you know something about it?

@EyalK18 That looks like an ipv6, apparently only ipv6 arrives and not ipv4

@EyalK18 Without ipV4, a connection to the Battlefield servers will be difficult, check whether ipv4 is on under windows. The same in router

and btw I found something about it and it says to turn off the ipv6 and now i cant access most of the google sites, I have WIFI too so I just connect both the wire internet and the WIFI one together, but sometimes it let me enter some sites @x--Fusi--x

@EyalK18 If something doesn't work anymore, it doesn't matter. Simply reset Windows network settings and set the router to factory settings. Question if only 1 pc is connected to the router does it get a connection to the BF servers?
