Cant Connect to multiplayer servers with my brother

I purchase BF5 and BF4 a day ago, and I'm having an issue with connecting to the online servers, it says
GAME DISCONNECTED
Connection to EA Online timed out. Your network bandwidth and/or network latency may not meet the requirements for this game.
(this one is on BF5)
on BF4 it says
Failed to join session.
and I haven't checked the BF1 (that i bought with two of them in a pack)
Please help me, I'm trying to play the game with my brother but I cant, we both have a good pc and good network, and we don't have those kind of issues in any other game.

    @x--Fusi--x i cant live chat with EA for some reason, i did it twice now it wont let me, and i cant use the phone method for this cause i don't live in US or Canada...

    My boyfriend and I are having this exact same issue. We can each individually play the games alone, but if he and I try and play at the same time it kicks him with that message or won't let him join also giving that message.

    Our connection works perfectly well for every other game, just not Battlefields 1 and V. I think Battlefront was giving similar issues, but we gave up on that.

    Only one account can play on one IP, each PC needs its own IP for it to work. The modem is suppose to auto assignee it for you. If the modem is from the ISP you have I recommend reaching out to them @Arkenbon
