Can't disable ray tracing on amd cards and its completly broken, help!

So when I use ray tracing on my rx 6700xt its very buggy and bad. But there is no options to turn off ray tracing and I don't know what to do! Specs: Ryzen 5 5500 PowerColor rx 6700 xt fighter 16...

Nothing worked but reflections are no longer blocky but they are still broken sadly
