Can't enter Babel Staircase challenge

Hello guys, I'm trying to unlock Eidolon skin on BF 5 but I can't deploy with a full squad, I can deploy alone. It said "The deploy point you selected no longer available". Another time I try to enter the map, my friends got kicked out of my lobby. Any tips for solving this problem ?
