    Thanks for reaching out. There can be a few reasons for that. It might help to check out ways to help friends show up in search results to see if any help you. Head over to this thread: EA App - Can't find a friend. 

    Could you take a look at those recommendations and give them a go, please? If your friends still haven't appeared in the search results after, there's some information we'd need to better understand what might be happening. Please copy >> this template << and paste it into your reply in that thread, filling out the answers.
