Deleting the files in setting folder and repairing from origin worked for me. Thanks!

I spoke too soon. Went through the intro game play again. Then I get a loading page for all the maps. Then I get the cinematic screen again.
Had enough now. Going to stop trying to fix this until they patch the game. Pretty clear that they rushed BFV

Don't know what to do here. I have downgraded the graphics driver. Turned off auto detect on directx. Deleted profile files. Each time I get the intro where you play a few seconds in different scenarios, then I get a screen where each map is loaded as zero and then I get the same old cinematic blue screen of the battlefield.
I cannot find a way to get past this cinematic screen now. So annoying. Is there anyway to actually get someone at EA to connect with?

Do you know what to do if the C:\Documents\BattlefieldV is missing. I see it in the root directory of C but no Battlefield V folder in Documents. Battlefield V folder in C:\ only shows a Screenshot folder not a Settings folder or Twinkle folder.

I am having the same problem here. Have tried all of the solutions listed before and nothing has worked. Just sitting here with nothing working. It just plays that blue cinematic over and over on a continues loop. I left it alone for over an hour and nothing changed. I do have a mouse cursor though.
Hope someone figures this out soon.

And as a side note, I cannot even play the intro gameplay. Game goes right to the blue cinematic and cannot get past it.

Hey @slim2nvr, make sure that Origin and Battlefield V is allowed to write in the documents folder if you have any antiviurs that is stopping you or windows.
