Hello EA help

Hello I need help with my battlefield 5. I’m currently rank 7 assault and I still cannot use the M1A1 carbine or the M1911 and the P08 pistol even though im the required rank. I’ve tried everything I can on the game and my ps4 can you please fix it?

    Are you still facing this issue, or has it resolved itself with a console restart or by playing further matches to completion? If you are still facing the same problem, EA Help may be able to assist you through https://help.ea.com.
