Can't play BF1 & BFV on Steam
I've bought battlefield 1 (steam) and battlefield V and I can't even play it? Some of my games just refuse to launch without any messages (not just the ones mentioned). I want a fix or a refund.

Clean boot didn't work so I'm sending you the dxdiag

HI @Pooviee To check what is the error message you are seeing? Would it be possible to get a screenshot or video of it?
Also, can we try to Install/Repair your VC++ files for Battlefield and check if the error continues?

To check, do you have another profile on your PC we can try to launch through? If not, can we try a new user account and check if the same behavior happens?
