Can't shoot and can't switch weapon

I started playing battlefield 5 (ps4) after two years playing battlefield 1. I found bf5 annoying, especially in single-player mode. Sometimes switching weapons, shooting and even aiming are not poss...

@XTRA-Larsiano Thanks for your response. However, unfortunately it does not really help.
1. I am playing offline.
2. My PS4 is clean and run other games without any problems.
3. I tested two controllers.
4. I did not get what you mean by missing file. It is Ps4 and I downloaded the game. So I dont believe what you say is relevant here.

I'm not sure if the PS has an option to check the files, Origin for PC has this option to check if all files are present and correct. Also try to reset the controller settings if that has not been done yet?
