Chapter 2 Tides of War Special Assignments not giving Chapter XP

Summarize your bug Every Tides of War "Special Assignment" (Not the weekly ones) I unlock and complete does not give me any Chapter XP. These Special Assignments are: TIDES OF WAR: THROTTLE UP, TIDES OF WAR: STUBBORNESS PREVAILS,TIDES OF WAR: START ENGINE, TIDES OF WAR: GO FORTH, TIDES OF WAR: WE ARE READY, and TIDES OF WAR: IN MY HANDS. They successfully track my progress but in the end of round screen when the game says I completed them I notice that the chapter xp reward for completing them is not added.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I think I know how I did this to myself and that this bug should be rare. At the start of Chapter 2 of tides of war I noticed I had a Special Assignment from the last chapter (Chapter 1) so I completed it and it successfully gave me it's chapter xp but now all the chapter 2 special assignments won't give me chapter xp. Step 1: Get an account that has a special assignment from Chapter 1 Tides of war Step 2: complete the Chapter 1 tides of war special assignment and notice if it gives you chapter xp in Chapter 2 tides of war Step 3: Now complete a chapter 2 tides of war special assignment which is unlocked by increasing your chapter level Step 4: Carefully check at the end of the round if the Chapter 2 special assignment actually gives you its chapter xp reward
What happens when the bug occurs? All of my Chapter 2 special assignments do not give me chapter xp rewards upon completion
What should be happening instead? The chapter 2 special assignments should be granting their indicated chapter xp upon completion
I think that this might be a rare bug since it needs a special assignment from Chapter 1. I hope I was specific enough and that I get compensated for all the chapter xp I missed since I might not get to chapter level 40 and get my rewards in time.
