Thank you for sending that link. However, to go to ea.com and find that link is virtually impossible. I've just spent approximately 10 minutes looking for the website page your link is directing me to. So, my question: If you truly do take all reports "very seriously", why is it so hard to find the link you've just given me? You would think that the link would be front and center instead of being hidden in the depths of the website.
I don't mean to sound petty, but, I pay my hard-earned cash to play games that I hope are free of people like the one I encountered last night; I'm sure you hear this many times a day.
It's pretty sad....I post definitive proof and am threatened with a ban. I can't help but wonder if the in-game message (eg; "there have been 7 temp bans and 4 perm bans....yada, yada, yada") is for individuals like myself who call out wrongdoing.
Oh well, I honestly don't care anymore. If you pull up my play log, I'm sure you will see that I play very little any more. Used to be that I would play every day for hours on end. Now, I might jump on 2 times a week and play for a couple of hours (at best). Used to be that I would buy a new game when it came out. Now, I might buy it only after its price drops (and, not because I'm cheap...I just can't justify paying $50+ for a game that will be glitchy or rampant with cheaters).
Fortunately, EA makes some really beautiful games. Sadly, however, too many players (if you choose to call them that) are able to bypass the anti-cheat program and ruin the game for everyone else.
I do appreciate your response though and hope that the individual that prompted my original post is addressed.
Thanks,
EKMA
