Check FPS on xbox one x??

Is there anyway to check the fps on my xbox either through the console, game or the tv? Have a LG sk8000 49". Thank you kindly 😃

Hey @jasteers580,as farm I'm aware there is no program or game that can show FPS on Xbox, I know our games don't.
