Class Rank 20 - No Rewards

I contacted the chat with EA deal and  they just said to make a bug report and repaired my game still doesn't work 

This exactly happen to me but im in xbox 

I've been having the same problem on the PS4.  I will rank up and it will show that I have received the item, but I can't equip the item; it still shows as being locked.  This has happened to me with the Stg 44, Combat Medic, and Medic Proficiency assignments.  I tried to test one persons suggestion by ranking up to the next level, and only quit after the next game had started.  This worked for the Stg 44, but did not work for Combat Medic or Medic Proficiency assignments.  I uninstalled the game and am reinstalling it now.  I'll let you know if that does anything.

Summarize your bug I got rank 20 and i cant get the last weapon and special assignment of the medic class
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Get to the max rank of any class and quit in the middle of the match once you get the max rank
What happens when the bug occurs? You cant get the rank rewards
What should be happening instead? You re supposed to claim your rank rewards

I was playing breaktrough to get XP for the max rank ob the medic, i got the rank 20 so i quit to reclaim my rank rewards that are the last weapon and assignment but when i quit to the menu and went to the armory i couldnt reclaim them, so thought they must be already reclaimed but No, there were no "tommy gun" and special assignment for the medic class but in the medic class progression it says i already unlock it but as i said i cant reclaim them because they are not appearing

I just encountered this issue with the recon class at level 20. Kar98k still locked. Not a class specific issue. This issue has been going on since at least November of 2018.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have an account hit a level where it unlocks a gun and before the match ends leave the game or disconnect and it should happen
What happens when the bug occurs? I can’t use the weapon I unlocked
What should be happening instead? I should be mowing down people with the mg42

We are aware of this issue and looking into the problem, not ETA for fix.

Im also stuck at level 20 with no Thompson on support!, i also want the kar98 but if this happens again that will be very frustrating.

Some users reported a code generated by EA that fixes this for the specific accounts.

As you guys don't have an ETA this can really * the progression of the game for some people, would be nice to have more interaction with the customers on that regard.
