Class Specialisation/Combat Role not Unlocking

Update: I'm able to select Pathfinder for both USA and Japan, but not for Germany and Great Britain.

Running CC Cleaner did not work.

Reinstalling BFV did not work.

I've had the exact same problem. I've talked with EA/Dice support and they've acknowledged that it is a bug and that they're trying to fix it.

@EA_Atic I have the same problem. You told us to tag you if there are further unlocking problems.

Support could not or wanted not to help me with this issue.

I'm Scout rank 15 now and it's really frustrating still not being able to play the Pathfinder.

Summarize your bug I have rank 15 in medic class but i can't Unlock Combat medic class in German nor the United Kingdom faction, but the combat medic class in USA and Japanese faction are already unlocked

What happens when the bug occurs? I cant play combat medic ingame with uk faction nor the german faction
What should be happening instead? it should unlock the combat medic class since rank 8 medic

I have the same problem as well on Xbox One

I'm Level 9 Assault Its locked on Britain and Germany but Unlocked for USA and Japan.

Class rank is bugged or frozen on UK/Germany Company loadout. I am unable to pick machine gunner spec, which requires rank 8. I am rank 14. I can't unlock guns, nothing.  However, it works on USA/Japan loadout.  They share the same rank of 14.

All your similar threads say "Reach out to EA support".  That shouldn't be our jobs, as we're doing that by opening these threads.

Summarize your bug I am a Level 9 on Assualt Class and you have to be Assault Class Level 8 to unlock the Vehicle Buster. Vehicle Buster only works and unlocked with Japan and USA teams but not for Britain and Germany when it should be unlocked for all the teams.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? It will be on Armoury when you customise your loadout (Weapons, Characters, Equipment etc etc)
What happens when the bug occurs? It dosen't allow you to select Vehicle Buster for Britain and Germany.
What should be happening instead? It should be automatically unlocked when you reached the Level.

@BlueNinja2393 That's definitely strange. What are you seeing when you check your Assault class for the UK or Germany in your Company? Does it just show that Vehicle Buster is still locked? Would you be able to send me a screenshot? 

@HeyMufti If you open up the Rewards progression screen for your Support class, does it show that you've unlocked the Machine Gunner combat role there?
