Code Redeememing for Pre-order lacks confirmation for consumer

EA Give us basic order confirmation for redeeming a code.

When I pre-order from a retailer game doesn't show up in game library or order history so how do I confirm I have successfully redeemed my code after the initial entry ?

Waiting on BF V ATM and just have to hope it appears in my library come release date.

    @truckstarFPS It would appear based on that email you have received includes a code for access to the Battlefield V beta and not, in fact, your code for the game. 

    Based on the email you got I would imagine that you will receive your game code closer to the launch but if you have any questions in relation to your code your best point of contact would be to speak with JB Hi-Fi.

    @truckstarFPS When you redeem a code to your account the game you have redeemed should show up as a pre-order. 

    If it is a game you have ordered through Origin then you will have received and email from EA confirming your order.

    One of EA Agents has confirmed via text chat that it is connected to my account however I am unable to see this anywhere, as mentioned the code is from a reputable retailer and not via origin.

    where do you believe pre-orders show up exactly ? nothing shows in accounts and settings, order history , game library etc and I have made sure to un-hide all library items.

    logged into origin app if I go to store it even lets me purchase the game again like I never did in first place. I truly believe this is a missing process from EA if you are order via retail instead of via origion.

    @truckstarFPS I can take a look into this for you but generally it is unusual for a retailer to send you out a code this far in advance. I know that any preorder I have made, I have not received the code till just a couple of days before release. Perhaps the code is for some form of preorder bonus?

    this is what email from retailer says:

    Thank you for pre ordering “Battlefield V” through JB Hi-Fi Online!

    Please find below your code for access to Battlefield V Open Beta, Special Assignments, Soldier Set and immediate access to five Battlefield 1 weapons.

    Battlefield V instant access code (XX out a few): G7FQ-SMA9-XXXX-XXXX

    Appreciate if you could check this process out further.
