Community games - Can't edit or create games

My friends & I are getting fed up wioth playing on your DICE servers, because of the amount of hackers and the lack of anything being done about them by EA, so we are trying to play community games. ...

There is a big blank page when it should be filled with interface icons to click on. Also the game servers randomly shut down even if they are full. and Platoon tags randomly not showing on play...
