CONNECTION TO EA ONLINE TIMED OUT BF5 PS4

REALLY GETTING ANNOYED.  I CONSTANTLY HAVE THE MSG " CONNECTION TO EA ONLINE TIMED OUT.  YOUR NETWORK BANDWIDTH AND/OR NETWORK LATENCY MAY NOT MEET THE GAME REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS GAME.

I have had this problem for over 2 years.  I have reset the router.  I have reset the PlayStation.  I have reinstalled the game digital and disk copies.  I have hard reset the ps5.  I have hard reset the router.  I have opened ALL PORTS to do with almost all EA products.  My housemate plays on the SAME connection with NO problems what so ever.  This is seriously becoming an issue for me now as it will let me in sometimes.... then other times it will register as me entering the game the between 19-20 seconds later it kicks me out with the connection to EA online comes up.   I have contacted EA directly and have been told " its a problem on our end and we are trying to fix it " I was told this yesterday at 18/5/21 around 9pm GMT ( please see transcript ).  To say i am irate is an understatement.  Someone please help.  NAT type 2 43.2 down 4.7 up

    Hi there, @Phoonominal69.

    I see you mention using a wired and wireless connection. Which do you normally play on? Wired is going to provide a much more stable connection so if you're regularly on wireless, switching to a wire should improve your connection. Since it's not, it would be great to get a UO Trace from you. Do you have a PC that is on the same wired connection you play on? If so, can you run the test as detailed here and get me a screenshot of the results? If your IP is showing, feel free to obscure it. Thanks!

    I cannot see anything on your link that i should click on please be more specific or show me a screenshot of what i should be clicking on.  All i can see are suggestions to try things i have already tried.

    @Phoonominal69 Probably the server blocks two IP addresses of the same type. Activating UPnP might help.
    Or of course, if possible, two different IP addresses, for example a second router.

    That looks pretty good. The pings get a bit high towards the end, but that could be due to how far the test server is from you. It's in the US so if you're outside of that, ping times will be higher for the last few hops.

    As @x--Fusi--x mentioned, can you check to see if UPnP is enabled?

    Every router is different, but in general.
    Opens the user interface of your router
    Enter your device password. It is usually on the bottom of the router. This does not mean the WiFi password!
    Activates the expert view
    Network Settings tab
    Activate UPnP
    Apply changes.

    Adding on to what @x--Fusi--x said, you can probably google your router model to find these instructions. Most routers have their manual online.

    In order to access the router, enter your router's IP address in the browser. You can often find this IP address on the underside of your router or in the associated operating instructions.

    Done and no.  Exactly the same results again.  Enter a game 19-20 seconds into loading... CONNECTION TO EA ONLINE TIMED OUT.  This is getting stupid now.  I have tried EVERYTHING and still the game only works 1 in every 50-60 attempts.  It's really getting annoying spending an hour a time getting into a server.  When im lucky enough to have the game not freeze up coming back out to the main menu.
