Connection to EA Online timed out for bandwith

Error: "Connection to EA Online timed out. your network bandwith and/or network latency may not meet requirements for the game"
The problem doesnt Occur only on BF5 but also on BF4, BF1 and Starwars Battlefront 2. I cant connect the first time to a server in the advanced search tool, there it tells me the error, but the second time it always works and I get into the game easily.
I played like that for some time, but I recently got BF4 and ther im not able to connect whatsoever afterwards.
It worked before, but the Router got changed. The issue probably originates there somewhere, but I dont know what to disable/enable on my PC.
Someone on this forum said he enabled DMZ but I heard this isnt such a good idea for PCs, just for consoles.
Maybe its another - more save - port, which isnt enabled yet

I got a Fritzbox in August 2020 and i had similar problems.

Had to change some settings in my router too.

first i assigned my pc a "static" ipv4 address inside my homenetwork by router dhcp

second i portforwared these ports to my newly assigned ip: https://portforward.com/battlefield-v/

third i choose "Allow independent portfoward for this device."
