Check your internet connection stability, after that try reinstalling your game.
The internet is working fine. Reinstalling the game doesn't help
The issue itself usually gets fixed after simply relaunching the game. Maybe try talking with EA support, they might have something new to recommend.
Support is not responding to me.
It can take some time, especially if you are using the email contact option.
