Constant FPS drops and bad performance!

I'm really sorry about the late reply on this. 

When you've got a chance can you try starting up your PC in a Clean Boot to see if that helps at all? If there's anything else running in the background that might be causing the performance issues that might help get around this.

I tried Clean Boot on my computer to see if that helps fix my problem but sadly, it doesn't. I still get low fps and fps drops all the time. 

Just played a round on breaktrough and I was bearly able to hold 50fps at all the time. Bummer.

Thanks for giving that a shot. Do you currently have the game set to run in DX12, or are you using DX11?

I am using it in DX12, I also tried DX11 just now and when I am on DX11 I don't get a lot of fps drops as before but, I get screen tearing in some situations.

If you're seeing screen tearing it sounds like your display's refresh rate isn't matching up with the game's FPS. Usually enabling vsync will help with screen tearing, but you might encounter some input lag. In my experience it's usually not very noticeable. 

Also, if you're using a display with G-Sync or Freesync you can try enabling that to see if it helps with the screen tearing. Usually you can leave vsync turned off as well with these options enabled, which can help the game feel a bit smoother.

I went and got my friends monitor to see if the fault is in my monitor. I set all my settings on low, set my fps limit to 120 and enabled vsync to see if it helps. To my suprise, after the todays update, the performance got even worse. Now I cant even get steady fps, even on low!. I usually get around 33-45fps in todays new update. I literally can't play the game. I disabled vsync and no improvment whatsoever. I even went to my local pc dealership and asked them to check my pc to clean it of dust and get new termal paste and checked if evrything is allright and they told me that evrything is allright.

I tried other games (Witcher 3, Battlefield 4, Apex Legends, Monster Hunter World) and they all run fine on ultra settings with no problem.

I went to my other friends house, he as my old computer with worse specs then mine and he is playing Battlefield V on all low with no problem. I really dont know what to do anymore.

Both of our monitors, mine and my friends don't have G-Sync or Freesync just to mention it.

I am sorry if I sound in any way mad, its just that I feel like I wasted my money by buying a new better pc to play Battlefield V but cant even have steady fps on better spec pc.

No need for an apology. I've been playing PC games my whole life, so I know that trying to figure out an issue like this can be really frustrating. Something definitely isn't working the way it should. It's just a matter of narrowing down what exactly that might be. 

Can you try something else for me? Set up a new Admin user in Windows and try starting up BFV through that account. Do you see any sort of performance issues happening at all?
