Constantly lagged out of games

so far i have played 20 ish games and in every single one of those games i have been disconnected from the server for no reason and at completely random intervals of time, sometimes i can play for 10...

    Hey @BigBlickyMan, are you playing on wifi or cabled connection? 

    What steps have you tried already?

no that didn't fix it , but it has stopped kicking me every game, now it kicks me only some times and the other i get massively rubber banded and the game plays as normal after
