Could not load configs

After reading the comments of many of you, I found that some players do not seem to understand what the problem is. Yes, although they can re-enter and filter the community server through advanced search at present, they cannot set custom rules, such as: 200% damage, only infantry can be used, level limit, and sniper guns are prohibited. That's the problem. I'm a player of the melee weapon server. Because the damage of the server now makes me unable to play knife warfare, so we need ea/dice to fix the content that players can establish server custom rules! This is the problem!

The community server is not loading, are you going to fix it or are you going to shut down the community server permanently, if it's being taken care of we need to know when you're going to fix it!
