Customizing in Battlefield V

I cannot customize during match and that is making me problems becose i’ll be running in Norways snowy hills in a dark forest camo and i would like to have an option to not be the center of firing in a snowstorm only becose i’m wearing an uniform i cannot change unless i can somehow predict where the match is taking place before it starts and even then i don’t have the needed time to change those outfits on my four guys. I literally have 30 seconds to change my camo on my helmet, torso and footwear times four in 30 seconds and i would want to see someone do that succesfully thank you. And no the idea of this is not that video. It is that i want customizing mid match. I would also want to see the video if someone has that.
