Found an enemy spawn beacon in the Church and destroyed it. Then an enemy spawned on it a FULL 2-3 seconds later. How often does the bug occur? @Adman_Tor @FreaKKush7 In a situation like this it's likely that the player was at the spawn menu and clicked on the beacon right before you destroyed it, so they were in the animation process of zooming down into the map. When you click to spawn there will be a slight delay.

Destroyed Spawn Beacon - enemy spawned 2-3 seconds after it was destroyed.

AND it was a controlled flag so it wasn't because they spawned on the flag and near the old beacon.

@Adman_Tor It might happened due to a latency which is quite common in the game.

@FreaKKush7- Yes I agree. Definitely still a bug / game design issue though.

In a situation like this it's likely that the player was at the spawn menu and clicked on the beacon right before you destroyed it, so they were in the animation process of zooming down into the map. When you click to spawn there will be a slight delay.

Same thing happens on enemy players. In combat for 5+ seconds and someone spawns in on them, sometimes even when the person is dead. Very annoying and when the guy I spawn in on dies, it pops me back out to the spawn screen rather then allowing me to remain... :\

@EA_Blueberry - Sorry this shouldn't be an accepted solution. When you do this on a player and they get killed - the spawn animation is canceled and you zoom out. SAME should happen with spawn beacon.

So this remains an UNSOLVED bug.

This is not considered a bug as this is more game feedback related on the design of the spawn system.

I think it's more of the game committing to the respawn, with a little latency sprinkled in.

Iirc, there is a certain buffer when a player is spawning in; they've gotten better since BF1 on how you can get shot back into the spawn menu (created specifically to reduce these types of situations) but in the end, I think your problem is a highly specific and rare occurrence (plus, with so many people fighting over such a small area, things are bound to go haywire).
