Disappearing played hours in games.

Hi, I encountered this bug in EA app where my played hours in random games would disappear. 2 days ago I had 499hours in Battlefield V and decided to play it for 2 hours, then I closed the game and noticed that my hours had dropped from 499 to 461. Is there a fix because I didn't get any type of error message about corrupted cloud saves.
