Do you even ban anyone now

As title states, simple question do you still ban people

I ask as every lobby I have joined so far this evening has had a rage hacker (surprise!), with the exception of one but spectate revealed that the player was abusing a wallhack.

Whats more a player I reported over a month ago (along with many others in the lobby and no doubt every lobby they have been in since) is still active and cheating yesterday...
