Don't get the chapter 6 rewards after purchasing premium booster pack

Product: Battlefield V
Platform:Microsoft XBOX One

Are you using any software with an overlay? No
Which part of the game is the issue happening in? Game Menu
In which game menu were you when the bug occurred? In the arsenal menu
Please select your region South America
On which server did this happen?
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) 29 february of 2020
Summarize your bug I have purchased the premium pack of chapter 6 and i was in lvl 25 of the chapter reward ( i already get the type 2a skin ) but when i purchases the premium booster pack i don't get the 6 levels i only got the knife but the company coins and another skins like the sherman skin i dont have that and the game says that im lvl 23 please help y pay money for that and i don't get what i buy.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Search in my items and see the chapter the level than i have you will se i am 9 levels low than i supposed to be
What happens when the bug occurs? I don't get the all the chapter rewards and the lvl says im 9 lvls low of the real lvl
What should be happening instead? I should be lvl 31 and get all the missing rewards

Please see my case and hope to resolve it i pay money for that and i don't want to be "robbed" i don' say robbed literally because is an bug of the game but i need an help to resolve it.

    @NightKnight2582 Same as NightKnight, bought BFV Year 2, and in origin year 1 catch up is enabled, but have not gotten the stuff from the pack.

    @NightKnight2582 You still need to unlock the rank weapons/vehicles, they are not rewarded without playing.

    None of your pictures show the past ToW reward weapons selected, so I can not deduct what is going on there.

    @Plucky6922 Yeah I know that I need to level up for some od these guns and vehicles but for expample the boys AT riffle Is not achieved by leveling up and should be included in the year 2 edition and as you can see I dont have it.

    I see the Boys on your Recon weapon list, 4th from the bottom on the Recon weapon photo.

    Is the issue that they are still "grayed" out?
    And they have a Company Coin cost associated with them still?

    This exact issue occured for me as well.

    After buying bf 5 year 2 edition on the playstation Store, i received some of the skins included but not all of the weapons. They still cost me company coins. I thought all of the dlc weapons were part of the year 2 edition, or is that not correct?

    From my understanding, you should not have to pay CC for them to be unlocked if you purchased the Year 2 edition.
    Contact EA Help and tell them you did not receive what you paid for.
    Do not let them tell you they can not do anything either, if they do, tell them that if they are unwilling to/can not  help you, to connect you to someone that will/can.
