DX12 option missing / Future Frame Rendering option greyed out

Hello troops,

I installed BFV Standard Ed. on launch day and noticed that a few things was missing in the graphics settings menu.

1) DX12 is not there at all - it's simply gone? The game runs fine in DX11 with the occasional crash-to-desktop which we have come to love and expect from a BF release. I checked BF4 and BF1 and they are just fine - DX12 option is there.

2) Future Frame Rendering is greyed out. It appears to be set to "ON", but I cannot adjust it (not that I want to right now, but it's pretty odd)?

I updated my Sapphire Nitro+ RX580 4GB to the latest Radeon driver (18.11.2) at no avail. Any other suggestions for fixes will be highly appreciated!

Attached file is not from my system, it's mere to demonstrate the settings I'm referring to. :-)

For FFR make sure your graphics preset is set to custom.

Thanks a lot, that also fixed the vertical sync which was previously also greyed out.
