my internet connection and spped is more than perfect. I have uninstalled EA and battle field and reinstalled still the same problem. I cleared the cache. I even restored my computer to the factory settings erased everything and still nothing. I disabled my firewalls disabled any virus protection I put both EA and battlefield in the exemption list still nothing. I have never had a problem before playing my games and its doing it with every game i download this just started happening out of nowhere I am pretty computer savvy and im lost at this point.

Thanks for the details!
Do you have a 4g device at home that you could use as a network device, make sure is not connected to the same network as your PC currently is. @SKS_Py3wAket

I'm having the same problem and have tried everything I could find including uninstalling and a fresh download/ install.
I'm getting the "Error occured on our end........."
No 4g device anywhere on the network.
Sure would appreciate some help.

It is not the internet connection issue; the issue resides in the EA App not talking to Steam or vice versa.
Please update with a useful solution to the problem.
Reinstalled the the required the programs and the problem is still persisting.- 3 years ago
Sorry EA / DICE are extremely busy fixing the dumpster fire with 2042 - that actually no one will be playing in 1 year or so... BUT BF5 will stay!
