Do you happen to have a video of the final moments of the challenge? Maybe there was a small step that was missed?

Sadly, I don't record often, but the guys I did it with got the skin, when I didn't, I saw the easter egg and everything, I tried it twice more, but nothing happened, I played for 36 hours (separate days, not all at once. An active gamer is a healthy gamer!) practicing and preparing, only to not get the skin. (Sorry if this sounds a little bull crappy, I just got a little upset about it)

Is the option to contact live chat greyed out for you? Could be any number of things.

Try a different browser (Internet Explorer of all things would always help me), try turning off ad amd pop up blockers, and refresh your cache/delete cookies

It's just saying the best option for me is to call them (Not showing the option to chat at all). I don't have a phone and I chatted with someone earlier about a different thing in the game. Now that I think of it, I shoulda thought before saying no. 😢

I think different issues you choose affect what options you're given; pretty weird how it works. Try giving a different reason why you wanna contact thrm and hopefully it will show up.

Try changing your origin country/language (the flag up at the top of the page) as well, it could give you more options

Uhhhh the only other thing I can think of off the top of my head would be contacting @EAHelp on Twitter or the EAHelpHub page on Facebook 

Just wanted to say that I hope you can get it sorted. Not tried the EE myself (mostly because you can't do it solo) but know it's pretty tricky and quite time-consuming, so wouldn't be fun having to do it all again.
