Emlbem won't load

Summarize your bug Emblem selected from the profile window does not load on player weapons, any type in any class. Same occurs when piloting vehicles, the game simply refers to default.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure how to replicate it. It simply is a permanent state for me since I've started playing.
What happens when the bug occurs? Chosen emblem from the AWARDS tab of the PROFILE section of the MAIN MENU does not load onto weapons or vehicles during gameplay.
What should be happening instead? Emblem selected in the AWARDS gallery should be loading onto the weapon equipped or the vehicle manned.
Whilst the right emblems appear in my gallery, whenever I equip any and enter a game, there is no emblem loaded on my weapon. The other customisation, the colourising of the weapons, works just fine; it's purely my emblem that won't load. This occurs whilst playing any faction.
As I recall, this was the same with BF1 at launch, and was patched thankfully rather quickly.
On an unrelated note, I wanted to ask whether platoon or personal emblems will become available at some point? That would be a lot more fun than a small selection of presets.
