Extreme Packet Loss

this explains it all....
you're under a LAN proxied (with a proxy trasparent or not) (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Proxy_server) so your packets are filtered and routed via a miriad of apparates which slow every transmission.
Other users activity will affect your network experience.
Any college has these apparates and you aren't fully connected to the net but exposed via a firewall (very bland indeed since you're still able to play). You can't do anything apart getting a 4g mobile connection and play with tethering

@CLB_QuayNoidsome games are using different network bandwidth, port ranges and ip ranges (different remote server location for heartbeat). simple as that 🙂
