Why the campaign is black screen? BF6 can work well on my computer

Why the campaign is black screen? BF6 can work well on my computer. I just bought BF5.

and I can't match users in online mode.

    You can try reinstalling your game, check if there are any updates for your CPU and GPU. Additionally, launch the game from the EA app and make sure no other apps are running in the background.
