What issue are you experiencing? Can you explain in more detail?

I have downloaded BF v on playstation plus for free as I have the premium subscription with ps which’s expires in about 10 months and I have been playing it over 50 hours now and I do really enjoy so I tried to buy the definitive edition version on my ps 5 but it says unavailable to buy and I can only buy the standard version which I already have it through ps plus I just want to get the definitive edition perks and skins and the base game comes with it but I tried to buy it on ps5 and Ps app and Ps website they all not allowing me to buy the definitive edition version. I have even Talked to Ps expert on their website they said you should be able to buy it from tbe webstie but I can’t

As far as I’m aware, when using the PlayStation Plus subscription, the edition you get is the Battlefield V Definitive Edition. This is most likely why you are not able to purchase it, since you already own it via the PlayStation Plus subscription.

In case the PlayStation Plus version isn't the Definitive Edition already (I'm on Xbox so I don't know for for certain without asking one of my friends on PlayStation who has it), you could see if the option to upgrade appears in-game in the store.
