First person tank driver bug in Xbox One S

Summarize your bug Okay so this isn't exactly a game breaking bug but it is SUPER annoying. I've never posted a bug report before but I hope I'm doing it right. Whenever you are driving a tank and you switch to third person, once you swap back to first person there is white screen flicker all along the edges of the tank window that you're looking out of.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? As listed above, get in an empty tank to drive it. Switch to third person, then switch back to first and take note of the edges of the tank window, you'll see the flickering. Try this specifically in the Conquest game mode first as I am unsure if it occurs in the other modes.
What happens when the bug occurs? There is constant white screen flicker around the edges of the tank window
What should be happening instead? There should be no white flickering around the tank window borders after switching from third to first person.
Even switching to third again and back to first multiple times didn't solve it. It did it on every server I tried out, every time I hopped in a tank. I even switched around servers deliberately to make sure it wasn't a fluke. Nope, it still happened 100% of the time for me. Now if I'm driving the tank and stay in first person the entire time, it's perfectly fine, no flicker. But as soon as I go to third and back it happens. I only played Conquest so I'm not sure if this also occurs in other game modes. So yeah, that's my bug.
