@EA_LeeuwIf Anyone still has problems even after following these steps (most likely you do), then the best shot of solving the problem currently aside from removing the GameLauncherService files and playing in 10 min snippets, is to dual boot windows 11 alongside your current operating system. Just follow this guide: https://www.isunshare.com/windows-11/how-to-dual-boot-windows-10-and-windows-11.html and leave just enough space for battlefield V in the disk partition (I found 120 GB to be just right). Beware though that the steps in this guide could risk the chance of messing up your operating system if you create the new partition on your default OS disk, so you should backup some files before attempting this, but at this point, you probably don't have anything to lose. After booting into a clean windows 11 and installing the game along with the latest graphic card drivers, you should launch with no problem. This is simply an issue that shouldn't exist, and I am once again, heavily disappointed in EA.

Did you guys fix the issue that we cannot play on Windows 7 anymore since the game was created with windows 7 and it still says you need windows 7 to play the game ?

    but bf v still worked very well before you implemented the anti cheat patch.
    bf 1 still works with it. i dont care if i cannot update windows but the game should still be playable !

Hi @EA_Leeuw ,
only a white window with main menu backgroundsound by launching the game, No Error code or something.
Using Win11 with version 23H2 updated 2024.04.23, 64bit.
Using EA App.

En mi caso no solucionó absolutamente nada, ya vamos un mes con este error, al terminar de cargar la primera pantalla de carga me rebota al launcher, ya realicé todas las "soluciones" que se dieron, lo único que funciona es quitar el launcher EAAAnticheat de la carpeta raíz del juego, y cuando entras al juego de esa manera el internet se te cae cada 5 segundos, esto es injugable.

Hello, @EA_Leeuw

After update, whenever I try to join multiplayer server, the game joins but crashes after 5-10 seconds in-game. No error codes, or crash information. The game just exits to desktop. I tried increasing the virtual memory size but the issue still happens randomly. Tried repairing the game too, but doesn't work. I'm using windows 11 and playing BF V via the EA app Please suggest.

  Is it me? The kernel anti-cheat is just stopping legitimate players? I can dump rather extensive list of recordings of cheaters after April 3rd.making game play impossible for legitimate players for the same reasons as before April 3rd. My understanding is showing such truths are censored on this forum and gets you banned.

@EA_Leeuw Following this blocking issue since it started 3rd of April...
Mentioning Windows version shouldn't matter when users regularily run updates, just like having AV and firewall and such. Quite mainstream I dare to say.

Tried ea updater ('manually' updating ea app), tried ea ac folder deletion, repaired plenty of times, cleared cache in ea app, changed dns server + flushed dns cache, no fun after all that either.

And to see if it would help I disabled AV/firewall. But what a nonsense to really do this... thats like "infect and/or hack me please".

But always getting the incorrect message that the computer is offline at this moment... etc. etc. when I start BF5, via EA app. Zzzzz.

Please take plenty of time to bring out working software(+games) that have simple AC.
And what's wrong with votekick anyway? Far more reliable than AC spying on us gamers. Please withraw AC for BF5 and implement votekick at last.

Nothing personal ofcourse, but I keep losing my faith in EA, it's policies like first not having AC and then introducing a bad one, and last but not least it's games, over and over. I know it's hard labour with tough deadlines, but come on... in a way we pay your bills EA, we gamers are the reason EA still exists.

  @HellberrieThe issue seems to be related to EA anti-cheat across multiple games, not just Battlefield. It can be fixed by going to: Windows Security > Device Security > Core Isolation > Turn on Memory Integrity(Toggle off/on if already on).
  
  If this setting is not visible in the security section, you may have to enable virtualization in your BIOS. I had to do this for my system and the memory integrity setting appeared immediately after. I hope this helps anyone experiencing the same issue and saves you time searching around for a solution!

    @Madara_skull Thanks for that, but unfortunately for me it didn't help. And again, generally speaking, I don't want to lower or disable security settings to be able to run any software.
