Missing Assignment: MAS 44 Mastery I (Weapon Level 10 Bug)

Hello EA Support team,

I reached level 10 with the MAS 44 in Battlefield V, but due to the known inventory/server sync issue, the 'MAS 44 Mastery I' assignment was never granted to my account. This is the last weapon I need to complete all gold masteries.

I already tried reaching out through standard web support channels without success, which is why I'm posting here.

Could a community manager or advisor please check my account inventory and manually grant the assignment?

Platform: PC

    Hi Nufre​,

    I'm sorry but nobody here can help with missing items, as it's not possible to access game accounts for security reasons. Unfortunately, you will need to keep trying with EA Help.
