I can not say for sure, but you are running on the minimum for CPU requirements.
Minimum requirements:
- Operating System: 64-bit Windows 7, Windows 8.1 or Windows 10.
- Processor (AMD): AMD FX-8350.
- Processor (Intel): Core i5 6600K.
- Memory: 8GB RAM.
- Graphics card (NVIDIA): NVIDIA GeForce® GTX 1050 / GTX 660 2GB.
- Graphics card (AMD): AMD Radeon™ HD 7850 2GB.
That should not be cause the sudden change especially as you had it running before? but it might be a possibility?

Yea it worked just perfectly before, I had like 80-100fps, and sometimes it dropped to 50-60fps. I also noticed that games like Quake Champions and Insurgency Sandstorm now crash also when I'm launching them, but CS:GO runs just smoothly.
Don't really know what's causing the crashing.
