Game doesn't launch at all

No matter where I start the game (via start menu, Origin, EA Desktop), the game does not show the window.

The Task Manager shows that the process starts loading and stopped go further while it takes about 200MB of RAMs, no CPU and GPU usage and no more RAM it uses for a minute, then quit automatically. The process not showing in the task manager's process tab, only shows in the details panel.

I tried some solution (like delete appdata/local/origin, disable cloud saving, clear config files and reinstall vc2015), I reinstalled origin, the game even the Windows, none of these works. I even tried to launch origin and the game with a local account (not the one signed into MS Account that I daily uses), but still not working.

Not only for Battlefield V, but I also have similar issue with Battlefield 4 (it shows a black window, other than that is basically same as the Battlefield V).

Other than Battlefield, all other games work fine, like Cities skylines, R6S (dx11 and vulkan), kerbal space program and astroneer

In case it helps, I had a similar issue with BFV -it launched with a black screen but then silently crashed- only after I installed latest Nvidia drivers (I have a geforce GTX 1060), released yesterday (466.63). BF1 didn't launch either but at least it gave me an error message which hinted that it might come from the graphics card. I reverted the graphic drivers to the previous version (466.47) and  BFV launched with no issues and runs as good as usual on breakthrough 64 players.

@EA_BarryIt's weird, the game still not launching after performing the clean boot. It's there anyway that I can give you more information to solve the problem.

Update: The game launched successfully after I cleaned the %temp% folder (in clean boot), but after I got back to the normal system boot, the issue came back again.

So far only thing that I know is that the game paused loading only one or two seconds after the game started with a memory usage about 200MB. Maybe it's possible to find the solution by figuring out what is the gaming process loading at that moment.

@Fl4X0n Thanks for the idea, but not working for me. I tried to install 466.47 driver too, but still the same issue.
