- I've tried launching the game from steam,ea app and stll get the same result 
- To resolve the issue, follow these steps in the EA app: Navigate to the top left corner, click on "Help" > "Recovery" > "Clear Cache". Wait for the app to restart, then attempt to open the game again. You can also try uninstalling/installing the EA app and the game itself if the previously mentioned fix doesn't work. - Best regards, - danisoff

- ElliotLH2 years agoHero+@LT_SAM15 I've seen this cropping up a little bit on one of the Reddit subs, but don't remember seeing any solutions there. 
 While I will double-check just in case, it'd probably be worth getting in touch with EA Help at help.ea.com.Edit: Found the posts on Reddit (they were actually on the BF2042 sub), but no solutions were suggested.

- ElliotLH2 years agoHero+@danisoff It is a really odd error message and it'll be interesting if anyone works out what's causing it.
- i think because the game is on sale right now - and a lot of people buying the game. that may cause a server problem 
- EA_cuervo2 years agoCommunity Manager @LT_SAM15 Could you please try changing the date and time on your device then set it back to "Set automatically". Once that's done, restart the device and try again. 
 Please let us know if that works.
