Game Keeps Crashing don't know what to do HELP!

You guys who get more than a minute of play are lucky! Maybe my computer is that much faster...can’t play 30”.

They haven't even acknowledged that they know about this issue. If it isn't update soon I will probably request a refund.

     I heard nothing so i got a refund. Maybe i buy it if its officially accepted and fixed by EA.
